Subscription Tiers

  • Trial: 7-day free trial with full Starter plan access
  • Starter ($49/month): 500 messages per month, AI chat assistance, municipal compliance research
  • Professional ($99/month): 2,000 messages per month, priority support, enhanced source analysis

Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

  • 7-Day Free Trial: Full access to all features for new users
  • Starter Plan: $15/month for unlimited searches and basic features
  • Professional Plan: $50/month for unlimited searches, AI chat, and premium features

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure service quality for all users, we enforce the following limits:

  • Trial users: Full access during 7-day trial period
  • Paid users: Unlimited searches subject to fair use policy
  • Excessive automated usage may result in account suspension

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or analysis
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ordrly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

Termination and Suspension

  • Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features but may retain access to free features

  • Abuse our Service or interfere with other users
  • Fail to pay subscription fees when due

Effect of Termination

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately

  • Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination

Changes to These Terms
