We help growing companies find and eliminate the manual work slowing them down.
Ordrly embeds with your team, maps exactly where time is lost, and builds the websites and AI systems that give it back — built around the tools you already run on.
Start with an assessment. Decide on the build after you've seen the map.
The cost builds up before anyone notices.
No single task seems worth fixing. Five minutes here, a spreadsheet there, a question you've answered a hundred times. Added up across a week, it's the difference between running the business and just keeping pace with it.
How we approach every engagement.
We build inside your actual operation, and stay until the fix is running clean and your team owns it.
We map the work
We sit with your team and trace the real workflow: the emails, the spreadsheets, the double entry, the handoffs. Everything gets scored by impact and effort, so you can see what's worth fixing first.
We ship the specific fix
A rebuilt website, a connection between systems that wouldn't talk, an assistant trained on how your business actually answers questions. Built for the problem we found, wired into the tools you already pay for.
We make it yours
Hands-on through rollout and training, then documented and handed over. You should be able to run, adjust, and extend it without calling us.
Three ways to work with us.
Most engagements begin with an assessment. You get a full map of the opportunity before committing to any build — and the assessment stands on its own if you'd rather implement it yourself.
AI Tools Assessment
A structured audit of where your hours and money are going, and exactly what to do about it.
- Workflow review across your systems
- Impact–effort matrix of every opportunity
- Named tools with real monthly costs
- Phased timeline built around your season
Quick Wins Build
We implement the high-impact, low-effort items the assessment surfaced — the fastest path to hours back.
- AI assistants trained on your business
- Website and customer-facing rebuilds
- Automated intake, booking, and follow-up
- Training and documentation included
Systems Integration
The deeper work: connecting the platforms that refuse to talk to each other, without a risky migration.
- Real-time sync between disconnected systems
- Unified reporting across channels
- Payroll, billing, and reporting automation
- Phased so nothing breaks mid-season
The assessment produces a specific, sequenced plan.
Every assessment produces the same structured deliverable — not a slide deck of AI buzzwords, but a specific, costed, sequenced plan. It's yours whether or not you build with us.
A few things that shape every engagement.
Most AI-related help falls into two camps: a consultancy that delivers a strategy document, or a vendor selling another subscription. This is what we do instead.
What you receive
A working system inside your business, not a strategy document to interpret and implement yourself.
Where the work happens
Embedded in your actual workflow, alongside the people who do it — not built remotely from a requirements document.
Your existing tools
We build into the systems you already run. A migration only happens where it's genuinely the safer option.
After launch
Documented and handed to your team to maintain. We're not structured around an ongoing retainer.
How it starts
With an assessment. The build is a separate decision, made once you've seen what it would involve.
Companies outgrowing their current systems.
Businesses growing fast enough that manual processes are starting to crack, and lean enough that every reclaimed hour goes straight back into the work that matters.
Professional & B2B services
Firms where intake, scheduling, proposals, and follow-up quietly consume billable hours.
Trades & field service
Teams quoting, scheduling, and dispatching from a mix of phone calls, texts, and spreadsheets.
Clinics & professional services
Practices where intake, scheduling, and follow-up eat the hours that should go to clients.
Growing B2B companies
Operations outgrowing the tools and habits that worked at half the size.
Questions we get on every call.
We already pay for plenty of software. Why do we need this?
Software gives you tools. Most teams have five or six and still do the connecting work by hand — exporting, re-entering, reconciling. We build the layer that makes the tools you already pay for actually work together, rather than selling you a seventh.
Is this just another AI vendor pitch?
No licence, no seat fees, no new dashboard your team has to learn. Where a tool genuinely is the right answer, we'll name it and tell you what it costs monthly — including when the honest recommendation is something we don't build.
We don't have time to onboard something new.
That's the reason the forward-deployed model exists. We do the mapping and the building. Your team's time investment is a handful of focused conversations and a training session, not weeks of implementation meetings.
Will this break what's already working?
We sequence around your calendar, not ours. If your busy season runs May through October, the risky work happens in November. Where a full platform migration would be dangerous, we build a sync layer instead and leave your systems where they are.
What if we want to implement it ourselves?
Then the assessment has done its job. It names specific tools, real costs, and a sequence — enough for your own team or another firm to execute. There's no clause requiring you to build with us.
How fast do we see something live?
It depends on what we find. Some fixes ship in a couple of weeks; deeper integration work takes longer, particularly where live financial or operational data has to stay accurate throughout. You'll get a real timeline once we've mapped the work, not a number invented to sound impressive.
What does it cost?
The assessment is a fixed fee, quoted before we start, based on how many systems and locations are in scope. Build work is quoted separately once the assessment tells us what's actually involved — we'd rather price accurately than early.
Talk with our team.
A focused conversation about where your week is going, and a clear, honest read on whether we can help.
- No cost. The call is free and there's nothing to sign.
- No pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
- Clear next step. You'll leave knowing what an assessment would cover and cost.
Got it.
We'll be in touch within one business day to find a time.
